ACMIT is advancing intraocular lens (IOL) development with a full-service approach—from optical design to clinical validation.

Founded 2009, ACMIT’s optics team has been at the forefront of IOL design and evaluation, combining 16+ years of experience with state-of-the-art tools and technologies. Using advanced field tracing and ray tracing software, ACMIT delivers optimized solutions for a wide range of IOL types, including:

• Refractive and diffractive optics of any shape
• Monofocal, monofocal plus, EDOF, bifocal, and multifocal surfaces
• Toric, aspheric, sector-shaped, and freeform designs

ACMIT supports the full development cycle: consulting, optical design, prototype manufacturing, clinical studies, and production transfer.

In addition to state-of-the-art optical testing equipment, ACMIT uses the RALV system (Real Artificial Lens Vision © DEZIMAL GmbH) for IOL evaluation. RALV enables real-time, patient-specific simulation of visual performance with prototype IOL models under realistic viewing conditions prior to implantation.
