The symposium was organized by the German Society for Materials Science (DGM) and took place simultaneously in Bremen, Berlin and online from 12th to 14th June 2024.
The Additive 2024 event highlighted the latest trends and innovations in metal additive manufacturing in the field of materials science, covering a wide range of methods including laser and electron beam melting, binder jetting and direct energy deposition. Attendees were able to explore key topics such as advanced metals processing, new alloy development, mechanical and microstructural properties, powder recycling and process optimization.
ACMIT gave a lecture together with RHP-Technology GmbH:
„Evaluation of SLA-Based Additively Manufactured Oxide Ceramics for Biomedical Applications: A Comparative Study of Printability and Mechanical Properties“
