In the future, first aiders could be supported by smart glasses with instructions from the emergency call center via augmented reality. ACMIT’s startup partner myResQ developed a working prototype with support from ACMIT.

First responders receive instructions from the emergency call center via the data glasses so that they can take the best life-saving immediate measures. The head office employees see what the first responders see and can issue targeted instructions both acoustically and via augmented reality. The next step of the development are tests together with the Viennese Professional Rescue Service and 144 Emergency Call Lower Austria. The aim is to reach market maturity in 2025.

As an incubator, ACMIT provides in particular co-financing, fundraising support, access to an international investor network, IP support as well as small series contract manufacturing.
