The Leadership-Female Innovators 2022 program aims to make women more visible in creative roles and support them in location-relevant research and innovation.
From February 2022 to December 2022, the leadership event series of the Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs (BMDW) offers empowerment for personal and professional development, coaching new interdisciplinary innovation methods in peer group exchange and sessions in a diverse group of 20 highly qualified women. The aim of the program is to establish new network contacts and to promote design ideas or innovative topics with positive benefits for economy and society.
