ACMIT research area manager, Dr. Tamás Haidegger successfully completed his habilitation on 21st of November, 2022 at Obuda University in Budapest, Hungary.
The title of his habilitation thesis was:
“Data-driven Methods to Enhance Medical Cyber-Physical Systems”
The scientific work focused on three main research areas:
• Electromagnetic (EM) and image-guided surgery (IGS) optimization,
• Skill-based autonomy for Medical Cyber-Physical System (M-CPS)
• Surgical workflow modeling through ontologies
