The Krems Cooperation Research Award is announced every two years at the Technopol Krems and recognizes the work of young talented scientists in the fields of life science and health technologies in the categories of bachelor’s, master’s, dissertation and scientific publications. This year the award was given to 6 young researchers in the field of life science. The award ceremony took place on July 1, 2024 in a celebratory setting in the cinema in Kesselhaus at Campus Krems.
This year, Danube Private University (DPU) was the recipient of one of these 6 prizes. DPU Director Robert Wagner attended the meeting with Ass.-Prof. Dr. Sepideh Hatamikia, who won the Krems Cooperation Award and took second place in the scientific publications category. A short video and a presentation of the scientific background of each of the 6 award winners were shown in the cinema hall, thus appreciating and recognizing their work by the audience.
