The ACMIT management is pleased to announce a change in the shareholder structure of ACMIT.
iSYS Medizintechnik GmbH and ACMIT CEO Nikolaus Dellantoni increased their shares by acquiring the shares of former shareholder Croma Pharma Gesellschaft m.b.H. and now each hold 25% of ACMIT Gmbh.
Moreover, the Karl Landsteiner Privatuniversität für Gesundheitswissenschaften GmbH (KL) took over the shares of the Johannes Kepler University and further collaborates with ACMIT in translational and clinical research with a primary focus on biomedical engineering. KL is connected to three university hospitals, located in Lower Austria and is represented by rector Univ.-Prof. Dr. Rudolf Mallinger and prorector Mag. Sabine Siegl.
