Prof. Dr. Hatamikia and her research group"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>ACMIT<\/strong> proudly highlights the exceptional scientific achievements of <strong>Ass. Prof. Sepideh Hatamikia and her research group for the period Q1 2025 \u2013 Q1 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this one year period, the research group achieved an impressive total of 30 scientific manuscripts producing with the team members <strong>as first\/last author<\/strong> (highlighting they were led primarily within her group), including&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 15 published articles, and&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 15 submitted preprints (currently under review) &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, she and members of her research group contributed as co-authors to more than 20 further scientific publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The manuscript have been published in high-ranked Journals including <strong>Comput Methods Programs Biomed, Eur J Radiol, Acad Radiol, Comput Biol Med, Sci Data, Phys Med Biol, Int J Bioprint, Comput Struct Biotechnol J, Data Brief, J Med Phys, &nbsp;Eng. Appl Artif Intell, Abdom Radiol <\/strong>and many more. These achievements highlight the group&#8217;s strong research output and its active role in advancing the fields of <strong>artificial intelligence in medicine, medical image processing and data science.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We extend our appreciation to all contributing team members <strong>Ali Abbasian Ardakani, S. M. Ragib Shahriar Islam, Ansar Rahman, Poorya MohammadiNasab, Arezoo Borji, Alisa Mohebbi, Eashrat Jahan Muniya, Birgit Pohn, Mehran Ahmad, and Clemens Karner.<\/strong> Their work, together with the leadership of <strong>Ass. Prof. Hatamikia<\/strong>, who is also an employee of <strong>ACMIT<\/strong>, demonstrates the strength and impact of this research group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ACMIT<\/strong> also gratefully acknowledges the support of institutions that enable and enrich the group\u2019s scientific progress, including <strong>Danube Private University (DPU), Medical University of Vienna, University of Cambridge, University of Sydney, UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, Vienna University of Technology, University of Vienna<\/strong>, and additional collaborators.
