iSYS Medizintechnik GmbH and ACMIT CEO Nikolaus Dellantoni increased their shares by acquiring the shares of former shareholder Croma Pharma Gesellschaft m.b.H. and now each hold 25% of ACMIT Gmbh.<\/p>\n
Moreover, the Karl Landsteiner Privatuniversit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Gesundheitswissenschaften GmbH (KL) took over the shares of the Johannes Kepler University and further collaborates with ACMIT in translational and clinical research with a primary focus on biomedical engineering. KL is connected to three university hospitals, located in Lower Austria and is represented by rector Univ.-Prof. Dr. Rudolf Mallinger and prorector Mag. Sabine Siegl.
